This review is behalf my father who had a cataract surgery at this facility. All staff are friendly and professional at all times. Clean lobby, bathrooms and clinical area as well. Pacu nurses are very nice and professional. I highly recommend this center for any outpatient procedure. Thank you all

My experience was amazing! Starting with the registration process, the warmth and care given to me by all involved was comforting. The nursing staff, and anesthesia providers were knowledgeable, caring and took the time to alleviate any of my concerns. Cristina the RN, Ana my CRNA, Dr Santana and the entire facility is highly recommended!

My grandmother had eye surgery today and the service was amazing, the front desk ladies were very kind and helpful, as well as the doctor and nurses, the place and clinical area was very clean and organized. For my grandma’s next surgery for her other eye, I will be more then happy to return here for the attention and service they provide. I will 100% recommend everyone to come here.

I had a great experience at Bayside ambulatory center for my colonoscopy. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I found the facility to be very clean. All the people seem to really love working with each other and are very professional In their behavior. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends and family. Hope Bussines owners call me on this one .....Be careful here. Parking is cash only and attendants only speck Spanish and rude. Cash only . Not good since they are serving hundreds of people. The improvised signs in plain paper do not justify the multi million dollar facility???? And cash only blows it over the top!!!! SEE PICTURES ATTACHED !! Ps. Receptionist same story.....No English!!!! Can’t figure out why would you have a customer facing employee that can’t speck English. 😖😖😖😖😖. Will. Ever come here again if I can avoid it. On top of all that I have to sit in the eating area lessening to their personal conversations and see them playing with their phones.
