Update today, 12/29/2025, they may have processed our refund a couple minutes ago, if true, we will halt all further collection actions. Oigional post ---> My wife had surgery here and we accidentally overpaid for the procedure. We were recently informed that they are cash strapped and can't refund the balance they legally owe us. We talked to our attorney who confirmed the overpayment through her EOB and is currently filing complaints with the proper authorities. Will update as soon as I hear more. Our story is not an isolated incident we are being told, and a requested interview was just received by my wife to shed light on this growing problem with a documentary being written by a local author called, "consequences of a broken system". We will update our plight as the story gains traction in an effort to help protect the public from this happening to you.

This business seems to have some shady business practice. I encourage anyone whose financial documents seem amiss, to call your insurance companies and file a formal complaint. You may be owed hundreds of dollars

Husband had sinus procedure. We have been to many hospitals. This was the worst experience ever. Dr left us in the hands of the nursing supervisor which was about the least caring person I have ever dealt with in the medical field. She wanted my husband out of there asap. He had some complications and was then taken to CCH. Would never recommend this facility for anything.
