I would never go to this place after calling to speak with a nurse in reference to my medications I was taking and interactions possible in a procedure for I'm disabled & worried so the actual anesthesiologist picked up my call & after describing to him he could not even answer the question of drug interference possibilities. He then got very snippy & said he had to go & I said but sir I don't want to die getting a colonosocopy he Hung Up the Phone on me. If this is what service one will endure getting any procedure done here that requires knowledge of medicine & not be so rude. I would not allow their anesthesiologist to touch me, & that's from my heart ♥ literally! Be Careful folks
If you have to go, go here! The team who helped me were amazing! Dr. Orphanides, Dr. Wagner, Christie, Sandy and Greg were all Grade A when it came to putting me at ease and getting me through my procedures. We laughed together, but they kept my safety or security as a priority at all times. Top notch!
Outstanding in every way! From the front desk, to the nurses (thanks Jackie!), to the Dr.s (thanks Dr. Dillion and Steele!) and especially Nurse Michelle, this is such a king, caring, and clean place. I appreciate the sense of humor and the caring in a difficult time of our lives. Top notch facility, can't thank them enough!
I had a positive experience at this facility. Cynthia is the very organizer of the front desk, she made sure all paperwork went smoothly and chek in was easy. All the nurses and techs and Soctors made.me feel comfortablr and confident that I was in good hand
The place may have a wonderful staff and may take good care of their patients. But it is definitely not the place you want to go if you are in a wheelchair and unable to walk or if you rely on a Walker. The waiting room is so packed full of chairs and people there is literally no place for someone in a wheelchair to sit and wait sit for their loved ones to have their procedure , to wait for their own procedure or whatever the reason for their visit. In other words be prepared to sit outside and wait for your turn regardless of rain, shine, hot or cold.
