Had wrist surgery with Dr. Franklin. I’ve had a few other surgeries at centers in Michigan but this was an amazing center. A 4star place! So efficient,clean, staff was so accommodating it was incredible. Single rooms with private bathrooms for pre-op. Surgeon, anesthesiologist,nurses and staff were so nice happy and friendly. Made going in for surgery a treat.

Due to the CPT CODES he is using at the CITRUS SURGERY CENTER they proceeded to send me a bill for another $700 after I was initially quoted $800 out of pocket (with insurance) and paid it prior to surgery. I feel like I did my due diligence to financially prepare for a surgery. Then they proceeded to scam me into having to pay almost double what they quoted "due to wrong CPT code". We are in the wrong business, they are able to charge you for another whole surgery apparently due to a CPT code misquote..

I recently had a small surgery done here. I had an amazing experience. The anesthesiologist was top-notch! I like that they use nerve blocks. His nerve block provided me 30 hours of pain relief. I only had to use ibuprofen postop. I’m happy they take the time to do the nerve blocks for the patient’s comfort. I would highly recommend surgery here. It was run like a surgery center should be run, with Excellence!

Two separate surgeries. Both surgeries one of their money upfront. Paid both upfront. Delay in sending in claim to my insurance. I had to then pay my providers and anesthesiologist on both of my visits. Horrible billing department. Still waiting on refund.
