I had my meniscus tear treated at this surgery center, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From check-in to discharge, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. The nurses took great care of me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The surgeon and medical team were thorough and confident, which really put me at ease. The facility was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently. Recovery instructions were clear, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend this surgery center to anyone needing orthopedic care—they truly go above and beyond for their patients.

Surgcenter Largo is billing me for a copay that was paid at time of service. They have operators with very poor English and also fail to understand that I am being billed for a payment that was already made at time of service. I do not OWE them a single penny. Because of their poor customer service at billing, I would recommend that you have your surgery done elsewhere.

I have been here twice for carpal tunnel surgery by Dr Marcott. First time on Dec 11,2024 was on my right hand. I am a very difficult IV stick and they found out quick. I was getting frustrated and had a panic attack. A very nice lady which I didn't get her name saw me and asked if there was anything she could do for me which I replied to just sit with me which she did. The anesthesiologist came in and started my IV while the lady sat with me, gave me meds, and that was the last thing I remember. The nurses and everyone I came in contact with that day was amazing! They were all so compassionate and caring and helped me with my fear of going under Anastasia. They were such blessings. Had a 💙 bandage on my wrist when I woke up. The second time was Jan 8,2025 for left carpal tunnel surgery. The nurses were fantastic! The IV was gotten easily this time. I was much more nervous because it was a smaller IV and I was awake when I was taken into the operating room unlike last time. They reassured me that I would not feel anything and they were right..lol. I woke up in the recovery with a heart ❤️ bandage on my wrist like last time. I had a great recovery time and everyone at this place was very nice. They care about the patients and the comfort levels they are experiencing. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs surgery. The lady at the front desk is very kind and very helpful.

I had knee replacement surgery there this morning. The surgery team was professional, caring, and just all around excellent. They communicated everything, and made sure I understood all they were doing. I can't thank them enough for all they did. Also, the woman at the front desk check in was awesome. She knows her job very well. She was very interactive, and caring.

Beware. It is impossible to get an overpayment back. I paid $2312 on 9/26/22 at surgery because my current insurance did not have my maximum out of pocket up to date. Surgcenter was paid in full on 12/27/23. I have been trying since Jan 2023 to get my refund, which they continue to say, yes we owe you, but... First, I was told we are in black out and it wiil be three weeks. The latest I was told I would be in a batch on 4/17 and check mailed 4/18. Didn't happen. Now I'm being told it will be 2nd week in May. The only person I can get through to and who calls me back is the receptionist Debbie.
