My experience has been a complete joke. 100% do not recommend. PPO plan is pointless for this place as their practice policy is to require a referral. And then even if your Dr. sends them a referral ---- Or multiple referrals at that ---- No one is ever going to get back with you. I have called numerous times to "follow up" only to be ran through the automated answering system and forced to leave a voicemail with Veronica the scheduler. No return calls or any attempt at communication / scheduling whatsoever. My first referral was sent 1/6. Another one sent 1/9. Voicemail left 1/19. Today is 1/27. If you have good insurance - Just go the ER. Because trying to get scheduled is an even worse nightmare.

The only person that was nice and professional in this office was the lady at the front desk. The nurse that called me had almost no words for me at all. He asked me for my medication list and couldn’t spell any of the medications. The doctor came in, started asking questions I had answers for every single question quickly and efficiently. I even called a Study doctor where I had a liver scan done in the beginning of December 2025 I knew at the visit with the Study doctor that my numbers on the liver scan were bad but my blood test numbers were great. So I was told I needed a liver biopsy to find out exactly where I am. I called and got that number for the doctor while sitting in the room. I had asked him to start me on Rezdifra for my NASH. He said the numbers that came back from the scan were bad and he didn’t feel comfortable giving me the medication and I said well if you couple that with my good blood results which I gave to him that are less than a month old, I was told the scan is only one indicator, but when you couple it with the blood testing coming back good it really requires a biopsy to find out and I said I don’t wanna die. I don’t wanna get any further in this Nash and wind up with cirrhosis, I am here for help, and he refused to give it. I walked out of his office at one point he even raised his voice at me and yelled that a month from now would be no big deal if I saw another doctor and that he has patience with stage 5 cirrhosis with huge bellies and yellow skin that didn’t improve for years so this little month won’t matter. What kind of doctor thinks that way truly not one I ever want to sit down with again. Dr. Beljic absolutely sucks. Don’t do it. ❌❌❌❌❌❌

This place had good ratings and a good website. I called and the recorded audio message was partially garbled and intermittently distorted, like a bad connection. I pressed "1" and someone with a heavy accent who sounded very far away answered. She was nice, but it was hard to hear and understand her, partially due to a very bad audio connection. I tried calling back the next day, hoping the phone system problem was a one-time thing. It wasn't. I eventually got transferred to "Kimberly", but I got voicemail. I decided that this place just doesn't have their act together administratively and sought another provider. Only about 1 in 30 dissatisfied consumers tell a business why they left. It seems likely that this practice's terrible, hard-to-hear phone system could be costing them tens of thousand per month in lost revenue. Hopefully someone there reads this and does something about it.

Yeah I just made an appointment and my problem is serious I've not had correct brow movements in a year and a half and my old GI doctor left a hole in my stomach after pulling a feeding tube for 7 months and I'm wondering why I'm not seeing a doctor on the 6th YMCAN a practice advance something for one I've got blood in my stool now I'm having bowel movements about every 4 weeks and then got a drink two bottles at magnesium citrate and I need a colonoscopy and why am I not seeing a DO All right I don't want this to have to be another screw up and me get shoved out the door and nothing get done because when you're not having bowel movements and it's coming out hot as a rock and you were on antibiotics medication that turns your stool black and 6 weeks after that you're still having hard chunks to that coming out that's not normal none of this is All right I hope everything goes well on the 3rd

*Willing to amend my review a bit if they take action - but for now and just so others know - this office has been tough to communicate with and impossible to get an appointment. I chose them because their location is the one most convenient for me from a list I was given. I did speak to a person on 2 occasions. Unable to get scheduled though, was told to get an order from my primary Dr and made sure to request one. In retrospect I wonder why not schedule a time and then request the order? They take moments to get when needed. I called after I knew my order was sent, left a message and haven't heard anything back... and even since the time I posted this review.
