Rhinehart surgery center billing department has demonstrated lack of respect and accountability regarding their patients. I have been reaching out to my doctors since end of September, who have read out to them in October regarding my financial responsibilities for upcoming surgery in next week November 12. The billing department has delayed following up with me for over a month. As I attempted to be proactive, the billing department has been irresponsible with my care. There is no sense of urgency, when I finally heard from someone last Friday, the system was down, to this day, I still have no idea how much I need to pay upfront and I have considered changing dates due to their break down in communication. Today, I received a call to due my health questionnaire. When I expressed my concerns, I was interrupted multiple times and reminded that she is not part of the billing the department. She sent, yet another message, for them to follow up. I would be a new patient for this surgery center and I am mortified to let anyone there do anything on my body because of the way I have been tossed around. Like I don't even matter. Definitely considering going a different direction. I am anxious, I have a feeling I won't have enough and will be turned away at the front desk. But hey, business is business right? It's never personal to them until it's their own loved ones. This is totally unacceptable and cruel.

This place treated me extremely well 5 stars all around!!!! At check in Nicole was extremely carrying and knowledgeable!!!! Javier the gentleman that prepared me for surgery is a phenomenal human being!!!! Dr. Mavs and his surgery crew are extremely nice and professional!!!! And Davie that took me out to my ride also very nice and patience with explaining the after care!!!!! Awesome place all in all.

I previously wrote a positive review but now, unfortunately, must change my rating. I have been trying since March 2025 to get my over $900 refund from Rinehart Surgery Center. My surgery was in January 2025. My insurance paid them promptly and obviously more than was needed since I was told I must pay "x-amount" before the would take my back for surgery. So I did my part in good faith. It is now July 2025 and after 3 attempts to get the money owed to me, I am told yet again it has to be re-requested, BUT if I haven't seen the refund check in a week to call back. Rinehart Road Surgery Center, be put on notice, my next call will be to the BBB and to my attorney if I don't have my refund by next week.

Amazing center and team. I was unbelievably anxious before my procedure, but the entire team was incredible and eased my anxiety. Karen, my primary nurse, was so sweet and detailed with everything. Dr. A with anesthesia and especially Melissa, the CRNA in my case was absolutely amazing. Such a big thank you to this amazing team, my husband and I couldn’t have asked for better!

I have left 4 messages and 1 email for the billing department. No one has ever responded to my calls/email. I will never use this facility again. Their customer service is ZERO. I also have a severe anesthesia allergy, they did not take my concerns seriously. When I started to come out of anesthesia I was very ill. In fact I was sick for 5 days after surgery because they would not listen to my concerns. Be very leary of this facility.
