All staff members make sure you feel good and healed from the very beginning. The surgery staff is 5-Star level starting from Doctor Reed the surgeon and also Dr. Nussear the anesthethian. All nurses. EVERY ONE, like a team of WINNERS! This is THE PLACE for your ambulatory surgeries. They will be happy to care for you and lavish you with professionalism and human kindness. This is NOT a recommendation. It is experience.

I had my second spine procedure done today at the Lake Mary Surgery Center off of Reinhart Road in Lake Mary! The entire staff was superb from the time I entered the door to the time I was escorted to my car in a wheelchair! I have been suffering from sciatica for almost a year and finally chose Dr. Nilusha Fernando recently to administer my two spine shots a few weeks apart! She is very professional, kind, caring, and an expert at what she does! Dr. Nussear was my anesthesiologist and he was wonderful! Ann was my personal nurse who placed the IV in my arm and did an awesome job—absolutely no pain! I also want to commend Dracy, Laura, David, Tina, and Megan! They all have special jobs and contributed today in making this surgical center run like clockwork—it’s the BEST! Thank you everyone for YOUR parts! Vera (Vickie) Wilson

So many of these negative reviews are directly related to YOUR OWN provider, not the surgery center or its staff. I’ve had two prior surgeries and having another one tmrw morning with this facility. Not only am I to be there by 5am, but my surgeries are done faster than my husband can even leave and get drive through breakfast. While the surgery center calls to verify my info the Friday before my procedure, it’s my doctor’s office who does the scheduling. Please consider who is truly responsible for your poor experience. The care I’ve received is always top notch.

I was a bit nervous because of the low reviews, but I have to say this was my best surgery experience from start to finish: front desk staff, nurses, OR team, etc, ALL friendly, Kind, Professional & VERY skilled, took me back on time, terrific communication...A+ All the way around!

Overall my experience was great! I arrived at my scheduled time and was immediately taken back to be prepared for my surgery. I have never been to a medical office where I get called back right away! I was met by Ann who took me back and got me started on the prep process. Ann was very sweet and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my entire stay, answered all of my questions, and treated me like she really cared about my well being. Almost the entire staff was great including nurses, my anesthesiologist, and surgeon. The only person who gave me a bit of a bad impression was the receptionist. She did not seem to be in a great mood, but thankfully I did not have to talk with her much. I was only at the center for about 2 hours total, which was great as well! That gave me the rest of the day to get comfortable at home and get to resting as soon as possible. I don't think the process could have been easier for me! I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Thank you Lake Mary Surgery Center!
