I made the mistake of paying the estimated payment for my surgery up front. The actual cost ended up being less. It's been over 5 months and I am still owed a refund of 1200 dollars. Every time I call it's another excuse as to why I didn't receive my money back. You think they would show me the same leniency I've shown them if I owed them money?

My experiece was outsanding I had lump surgery the treat me so well, Doctors are very friendly and they did amazing job! 5 stars to you all esp. Doc William I apprecaite all your help 🙏

Took my husband for a surgical procedure and after the surgery the Dr called and said to head back so the nurse can go over post op instructions. Got back to the waiting room and the nurse called to say he was done and go over the instruction for about 10 - 15 min. I asked If I can just go back to go over them as I am a visual person and need the papers to review WITH her and she said no. I had NO paper or pen to write all the stuff down so of course I forgot crucial stuff! I then asked if I can go back to see hum and was told no, to pull the car around to the exit door. I pulled the car around and knocked on the door and said can I come in and they said no he is changing and stopping at the restroom. Well I am his WIFE I can help him. They closed the door and made me wait outside. We will never return there again! Unacceptable negligence for post op instructions and care. I would never treat patients family like that, I worked in trauma centers and surgical centers and always reviewed post op IN PERSON with family and go over questions with pen and paper! Appalled at the treatment and will be reaching out to the medical directors!

Please, I repeat, please DO NOT use services at Alliance Surgical Center Lake Mary. Do NOT sign ANYTHING from them! I had a procedure late December... clinical staff was wonderful. My horror story began with billing. Even though I spoke to billing prior to procedure to confirm that I understood what my out of pocket payment would be, I am not being invoiced almost double than what I was given. The day of the procedure, I spoke to receptionist to make sure that insurance had approved procedure and that center knew what I would be billed. I was reassured over and over that what I was paying the day of was it. I felt like I was insulting the receptionist since I asked multiple times that I needed to understand exactly what I would be billed. Again, she reassured me. Today, I called billing and rep explained that I signed form so I am responsible for additional cost. I can see one person telling me this in error but TWO?????? I would have waited on procedure if Alliance Surgical staff was honest. VERY disappointing experience.
