They put me at ease in pre-op, my first one, and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Terrible facility. Front desk staff is especially rude. Terrible staff. They move so fast they don’t give you any information or answer questions & when they do stop to answer questions they talk to you like you’re stupid. Wastes no time taking all your money but you’ll be waiting an hour+ past your appointment time. & it’s for surgery too so no food, no drink while you wait. Don’t go here

I have very good insurance. These people charged me full price then went and billed my insurance company. I've been waiting to get my money back from them. While waiting I had to cancel my card a paid with dp to fraud on my account. This place finally goes to send me back my money to a card that's been closed so now they tell me they have no idea when I'll get my money back!!! $746.35 they over charged me! I'm struggling with 2 kids to feed while they play games with returning my money. I had another procedure still to do. I do not trust these people so I canceled my appointment. I will never go here again!

The facility was very clean, and overall the experience was good. I did end up waiting alone for over an hour before my procedure, and it took me a while to find the call light—ironically right as they came to get me. A bit more communication during the wait would’ve made it a 5-star visit.

I am amazed at how professional courteous and helpful the staff was. My wait time was extremely short not only for going back and starting the process but the procedure was also very quick. The doctor in anesthesiologist both answered any questions that I may have with a very professional and understanding demeanor.
