My visit yesterday at TLC was a very fine experirnce from the very first with Michelle. my pre op nurse. She is a fantastic person, so warm & kind. She knows me each time I'm.there. She makes me feel perfectly comfortable and welcome. The entire experience with Michelle is outstanding My dear Doctor is so special. He always talks to.me and has a great bedside manner. My anesthetist, Dr. BRUHA is amazing, always pleasant. kind & humorous. I love him! He always recognizes me & answers my questions honestly. . MY OR Nurse, Joan. is very smart & kind. The lady, Joanne, who dressed me and took me to.my driver for home was most efficient. My entire experience could not have been better. Thank you! Sincerely, Joan Kirchner

I can't begin to tell all you how wonderful this surgery center is. When you walk in the front desk check-in staff is courteous and kind. The waiting room is huge they offer coffee and tea. The nurse Sam was exceptionally wonderful. If you are requested surgery and they tell you you're having it done here jump for joy because you will be in good hands.

From the time I walked in to TLC Surgery Center, I knew I was going to be well taken care of. First the smiling face at checkin was nothing but friendly, efficient and professional. Then the nursing crew was fun, reassuring and experienced. Everything about the preop from the intro to the delivery was nothing but a pleasure. The anesthesiologist was superb along with my surgeon Dr Kathyrn Heim who put me and my wife at ease from the get go. I can honestly say that this was the best surgical experience I have ever had.
