Thank you so much to everyone who took care of me during my surgery. From the receptionist, to the staff who checked me in and prepared me, every single person was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was incredibly nice and reassuring, and a very special thank you to the sweetest nurse who proudly calls herself “cold hands” but made sure I had all the warm blankets I could possibly need. Thank you to the team who administered the anesthesia, and of course, heartfelt thanks to Dr. David Moats for his care and expertise. From the moment I arrived until I was safely back in my car, I felt genuinely cared for. I am so grateful to all of you. 💙

I received a call informing me that I needed to be at the office at 7:00 a.m. to open my record and sign the necessary paperwork. I arrived at 6:45 a.m., but despite getting up several times and asking why I wasn’t being called, the receptionist kept giving me excuses and absurd responses. My record was finally opened at 8:15 a.m. After that, I had to wait an additional long period before they called me to prepare for the procedure. At one point, another nurse approached the one who was attending me to confirm my name, and they both noticed that the system showed I was already inside the procedure area, even though they hadn’t even taken my vital signs yet.

A big thank you to Dr. Jaramillo, Dr. Sanchez, Perla, Simone, Shanice, Arlene, the receptionist , Vanessa, and the entire staff. My mom was treated with incredible respect, care and tenderness. I am awaiting her release now and have completed confidence in Dr. Jaramillo and the staff. They are thorough, well-trained, personable and attentive.

I had great service on the day of my surgery, but the post-surgery experience has been terrible. They are charging me for something that was never done. The billing department simply doesn’t answer the phone, and neither my health insurance nor the doctor’s office can get in touch with them. I’ve been trying to resolve this for three months because they are charging me $600 for an implant that was never performed. I have a document from my doctor proving that the procedure was not done, yet they keep billing me for it. Since I can’t reach them, I also can’t pay my portion of the bill, which is $200. DO NOT HAVE SURGERY AT THIS CLINIC! They will charge you for procedures that were never performed and then will completely ignore you. The person in charge is never available, never answers the phone, and I honestly wonder if she even works there. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service because I will not pay for something that wasn’t done. They are not transparent, have no contact email, and I’ve reached my limit of patience and mental health. They only want to stress you out and take your money but I will not pay for a procedure that was never performed.
