I had an exceptional experience at JOSC. The outpatient surgical team was amazing. The front desk team was efficient and the nurses and staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The facility was very, very clean, modern, organized. Comfort and safety were paramount. I met the entire surgical team prior to surgery. This put me at ease as all my questions were answered and all procedures were explained to me. Recovery and discharge was seamless. I am very grateful to the entire team.

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Robert Raymond at the Jupiter Outpatient Surgery Center. The treatment and care I received there was top notch. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff are kind and efficient. It starts at check-in and continues through the drop off to your car. There is ample staff, so I felt comforted that I would be in excellent hands should I have required further medical attention. The warm blankets are a welcome and thoughtful touch. In addition to Dr. Raymond, I would like to also recognize Marisol, Jennifer, Shelby, Summer, Tiffany and Miriam. Each of these individuals made me feel safe and reassured, and for their excellent care.

This Facility is very fast to answer the phone, and are quick with answering questions. I guess I should mention that I've been calling more than one Doctors office and this experience has been the best. Ann at the front desk is amazing. She was able to carry a full conversation with me, she made sure she had all the answers I needed and when she wasn't sure she asked for clarification. She was very respectful and made the phone call very personable. She's Amazing and needed to be praised. You guys made the right choice with this hire! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ANN YOU ROCK!!
