Well, my first experience ever having surgery was here. I have to admit I was scared, nervous & anxious but from the moment I arrived at Touchton Surgery Center, I knew I was in good hands. I was greeted by Linda & she made me feel welcomed. Her kindness kept my wife at ease as she kept her informed while I was under the knife. Moraima did my surgical intake & took care of me throughout my stay. As a Spanish speaker, she lessened my fears because I felt like I had someone else there in my corner. I can’t stress enough how amazing their customer service & patient care is. I highly recommend TSC if you are in need of highly skilled professionals. Dr. Fady was my surgeon & he went above & beyond to ensure my surgery was a success…as the damage to my arm was more extensive than the MRI showed. I can already tell I am on my way to healing & being me again.Thank you so much. God Bless.

Staff was amazing. Very caring great bedside manner. They really set the bar for what a surgery center should be. I have been to others that felt like a cattle drive. Our concerns and needs were taking care of. They took the time to make sure we were as comfortable as we could be.

I have surgery in this facility a week ago and the only thing I can say YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! very very good attention...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING...100% RECOMMENDED ...AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO KIARA "sorry if its misspelled".

Let me just start by saying the thought of having surgery is so scary. I had knee surgery here yesterday. I read the reviews and I was nervous but I have to give this place and staff the credit they deserve. This team worked so well together and they made my experience so comfortable from start to finish. They front desk ladies were so sweet. Heyyy Matt! Matt was my pre-op nurse and he was just fabulous. Ms. Smiley was my bedside nurse during surgey. Her and the anesthesiologist Mr. Tommy made sure my pain management was controlled and they kept me laughing. Dr. Bahri understood the assignment! Once I awoke I had Ms. Julie for my post op nurse and she too was very nice then of course Matt had to say the final goodbye. There was another lady that I didn’t get the chance to know her name but she wore a colorful hair wrap and green scrubs (possibly Hispanic) she was really sweet too and brought me extra pillows. I didn’t have to ask a lot of questions because everyone asked me. The facility was immaculate. I didn’t hear any patients who had a surgery before me screaming or complaining. These are some of my most important red flags. I can’t speak for anyone else outside of the crew that worked yesterday but keep in mind it was a Monday and if you have to schedule soon perhaps that’s the day to go if you want exceptional service. Yes I would do surgery here again. Yes I would recommend to anyone considering especially if you have high anxiety about surgery. Thank you all.
