I am unsure if Melissa is having a bad day or if this is her normal personality, but she is quite rude. She is direct, which is fine, but she adds condescension and blatant irritability with it, and it gives a very bad and unwelcoming vibe. Normally, I would brush it off, but after the third time of Melissa being snarky with my Mom, I thought I’d leave a comment about it. Maybe some corrective discipline in regard to her complacency in the work place would help? Otherwise, the place is well kept and everyone is friendly enough. 5 stars in that realm. Thanks.

Wow. Simply wow! I"m so thankful I found my doctor - Gavan Duffy @ SOS- and this facility after my move to Florida. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of my hip surgery. My surgical team was friendly, funny, accommodating and so knowledgeable. My doctor and team were A* from start to finish. After the operation any issues (minor)that came up, they promptly assisted me with answers. Cleanliness of the facility was top notch and the instructions before surgery to check for bacteria plus physical cleaning for 2 days beforehand plus the day of surgery for myself relieved any concerns.

Surgery was in and out 10/10. Post-op instructions 2/10 no one stays to give them to you. The paperwork is pre-checked so as a professional 😉 that knows better i will tell you that this paperwork is standardized. Please take the time to customize it towards the different types of surgeries or stay and wait for questions that the patient themselves may have. My pain level was way to high to leave but I could tell that the person caring for me had others to tend to. I'm giving 4 stars because the things that can be corrected are very minor. You guys are GREAT at what you do!💞💞

I just had my surgery on Friday and was promised a phone call the next day. It is now Tuesday. And I have yet to receive any phone call from anyone at first Coast surgery center. The anesthesiologist was wonderful and very funny. She put me out really fast. For her I'd give five stars. I'm just very disappointed. I live alone and if it weren't for my sister staying with me a couple of days I would have had nobody. Since Sunday I have I had nobody and not even the in home nursing care has responded. This isn't my first time having surgery. I've had many others that have been very diligent. But this is my first time with first Coast surgery.

This was my first time at FCSC and I was completely impressed with the professionalism and care of accuracy of the staff. Each specialist verified my name, DOB, and the reason for my visit. The bedside manner of everyone was amazing! You will definitely be in capable hands at this facility.
