Great care from the time of check-in for my Rotator Cuff surgery up until the time of my discharge! Everyone involved in my care from Dr. Kitay, my surgeon, Dr.De la Torre (Anesthesia) & all my Pre Op, Operative & Post Op nurses: Ashley, Erica, Kari, Shauna & Yana, were all professional, friendly, attentive to my needs, informative & excellent! From the moment you walk in you feel safe and cared for. The staff is amazing, offering humor, compassion and knowledge as appropriate. I have a lot going on medically and felt secure that I was listened to. I highly recommend this surgery center.

Soooo you just leave msgs and oh well if you hear nothing back and the patient has to pay money but you been calling the wrong number? Im mortified bc I'm a poor person and didn't know( bc y'all had wrong number!) that I had to pay more than I already did. I'm not stupid bc I didn't know I had to pay 3 separate bills.I'm sitting here, waiting( for?), totally embarrassed, and they had someone else's number wrong checking in as well. Lucky people, they could pay without planning. I'm so embarrassed. And I guess I'm sitting here to hopefully not pay a cancellation fee for the procedure that I didn't know I had to pay this this and this . Very humilating. Oh awesome no payment arrangements either. Terrible.

I had an arthroscopic labrum repair on 17 September 2025, and scared as I was for my first surgery, it couldn’t have gone better. I had the privilege of being worked on by Dr Kaplan, who was the definition of a kind and caring professional. Same for his team. The staff there was warm, kind, and reassuring at all times. I was checked in and promptly seen and treated like a VIP it seemed. They answered all my questions and asked me the to confirm what I was having done. The center itself was very nice and they were very accommodating to me. Dr Kaplan then came in and reassured me before I was wheeled into the OR one last time before his team took over. Naturally I was still a little nervous so at any point in time I had no less than two team members in with me talking to me and keeping me relaxed. Never felt my IV go in which was lovely, Hannah was an absolute pro and a fast an easy stick. Pete was my anesthesiologist and not only does his light hearted demeanor brighten the place, but I was also in an out slightly ahead of schedule, going down at 9:23 am, and then being wheeled out at 12:31 pm with an effective nerve block and minimal discomfort. I can’t say enough good about what they’ve done for me. The icing on the cake was the next day Dr Kaplan took the time to call me from his personal cell to check in with me and see how I was doing. If I was ever hurt again, I would trust Dr Kaplan and his team to completely rebuild me from the ground up.

If you want to be very well taken care of GO to THE CENTURION SURGERY CENTER. I had surgery on the 29th of July. The Surgeon, and the entire staff from the start to the end of my procedure was AMAZING. If I ever have to have another one I WILL GO RIGHT BACK cause the people there at this center are so loving, professional and caring.
