I had surgery Nov 21st and never got a bill and now its in collections less than a year later. This office referred me to their billing department which referred me back to this office. It is completely pathetic.

The Nurses and Doctors were great, however the billing department for the Jacksonville Beach Surgery Center is not helpful, especially 3 months after my eye surgery they send another bill saying the first estimate was incorrect and I owe more money. How many more bills will they send in 3 months. I am very disappointed in their initial calculation efforts, especially because the "new bill" is over $100.00 for a senior citizen, that counts.

My son just had surgery here . LOVED the Dr’s and the Nurses . I wish I remembered all of the nurses names that made my family and I time there so peaceful and helpful . One of the nurses carried the IV that was connected to my son , and she walked with my wife as she was trying to comfort our son . After all of that helped my wife and son to the car afterwards . Thank you guys!

My Mom recently had surgery at this location by her retina specialist. We were greeted upon arrival. Easy check in at the front desk. The staff were coming in and getting patients and taking them to get ready for surgeries quickly. I was able to visit with my Mom before her surgery as she was anxious. They took great care of her. Everyone was pleasant.

The surgery teams and admin department are absolutely outstanding! The people are so very helpful and nice. Emily, Jennifer, Jane, Brook, Jillian, Doctors (especially Dr. P) Anesthesiologists and ALL. All of them highly educated, love their profession and know their craft. Best surgery experience you can ask for. They made it such a pleasant experience. Highly highly recommend
