Worst employee’s ever! Had to give them a star cause I had no other choice. Google should have better choices than five stars because I would have give them a poor selection to these people. They never return calls. They give you far away appointments and doctors are never there. What kind of place is this?

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Florida Orthocare Hollywood! They took care of my daughter with such incredible speed, professionalism, and genuine compassion. From the moment we walked in, Leah made us feel at ease — she was attentive, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and well cared for. The doctor, Dr Marco took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all our questions were answered. We never felt rushed, and his calm, caring approach made a stressful situation so much easier. I am so grateful for the amazing care my daughter received. This company is sending me a $60 bill when I left there with no balance and always paid at every visit. The physical therapy was not helpful for my pain and the only thing offered plus paying $10 co lay for visit is unaffordable. In addition I would be booked for appointments when not all physicians were available then told to come back and was told I went over my visits but they would work it out and now I am receiving a bill. Other times I scheduled an appointment and they did not have me in the system. Not to mention the two week wait for my assessment because you Physical therapist was having a baby. Also, the ortho dr. Only offered me treatment that I already told him does not work and one that is not covered my my health insurance and costs $600 without any evidence that it will work. Plus they can only focus on two body parts. That is not enough when you were hit by a car and your entire body has been affected. He was smart in giving me the oral steroid which helps but I cannot take that often plus can easily be prescribed to me by a primary care physician who should have the knowledge to do so without the need of a specialist. All in all I am still in pain and you people are contacting me for money that does not exist for bills that I have already paid when I have not even been in your treatment for months and at this rate I will never be again as I will never return to your facility that I want to have leave me alone and stop sending me bills!!

I was referred by your Wellington office since they are closed on Saturdays. The Hollywood location accepted me as a walk-in. I received outstanding care from Marco Marcheco, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

Wonderful first experience here. The front desk staff Leah treated with kindness, compassion and respect. When I met with Dr Marco he also gave me hope and didn’t suggest surgery right away. I’m definitely coming back! Best thing is they’re also open on Saturday! And the physical therapy is also in the same building!
