I came with my wife to her appointment, she was called to get information about procedure and payment. How is that they don't know how much is got to be for the anesthesia? They say it may be 20% that it may be around $300? If that's is the anesthesia is $1,500? But that's not the point, is that it may be, so we don't know if it will $300 or more or less? What kind of business is this? We have the right to know what we are going to pay. Be careful for business like this

We waited over an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment, only to find out that everyone was given the same appointment time and the doctor was running late. My husband had not eaten since 3 the day before and when we raised this concern, the only response we received was that no one with an appointment had eaten—which doesn’t make the wait acceptable. We were also left sitting in a freezing waiting room for nearly three hours total. Unfortunately, this experience was very disorganized and unprofessional.

Lack of professionalism. My appointment was at 7 am and they don’t take care of the amount of people that they have to take care of. And if you ask they will send to have a sit and wait

Excellent visit and patient friendly service provided by the team there at Westland Endoscopy. Dr. Lavergne, Edgar Rodriguez, Ramon Cardenas, Emily T. Garcia and Eliette Padron were spot on with customer service, protocol, procedure, punctuality and ensuring that I as a patient was comfortable and understood all that was going on with my visit. What also struck me was how they operated as a strong functioning team. Thank you all for today. You guys Rock!
