The care and loving attention that I received was what calmed any nervous unknowns I had because it was my absolute first surgery ever. I can't say enough about Shannon and the anesthesiologist that took care of me. Of course Dr. Altbusch and his team performed impeccable surgery for my total hip replacement. Kudos to the whole team! Also Allison his nurse office assistant made me feel totally at ease from the very beginning.

My comfort was their goal. I felt respected. The staff was efficient and answered any questions I had. The bed was kept warm with an under the covers heat blower! I asked if I could have all my surgeries here because of the wonderful treatment I received. Thank you all!

This is my third surgery with Orthopedic Surgery Center and every experience has been 5 Star! The surgery center is extremely clean and in order. From the moment that you walk in, the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The nurses are compassionate and readily available prior to, and after surgery. I felt very confident with the anesthesiologists abilities and was comfortable in the care they provided.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. I never worry when I have to have a procedure there. Unfortunately, I’ve had too many.😓 But every single time the care is top notch! Kudos to all! Dr Sharkey, Dr. Mark (Anesthesia), Rob the OR Nurse, Shannon, who got me staged. And I don’t remember my discharge nurses name, but she was great! You have a very smooth operation going there! Don’t change a thing!😃😃😃

I will be heading in for my third operation at the Orthopedic Surgery Center soon. Every time has been a positive experience. Recently, I was taken through the pre-surgery orientation and evaluation process before my hip replacement. Every single staff member, from reception to the nurses and my surgeon, was helpful, polite, and informative. They took plenty of time with me, giving me ample opportunity to process information and ask questions. I anticipate great results (and considerable relief from pain) from my upcoming event — I’m looking forward to it!
