I had a follow up appointment after a stint in the hospital. My appointment was at 12 noon. I arrived early at 11.30 since it was my first appointment with this office. I waited in the waiting room until 1.00 o'clock then asked the receptio ist why the delay. Said they were running slow. 2.00 rolled by still nothing. I checked with reception again who said it would be about another hour and if I wanted to go for a drive she would call when I should head back. I did so and she called and I headed back. At almost 3.00 o'clock i was ushered into a room to sit for another half an hour getting anxious and claustrophobic. A pleasant young man appeared and administered an EKG. Half an hour later a young woman then came in with a lap top to ask some questions. Once she left the doctor appeared with an entourage of another young man and the same lap top woman. No apology for the delay and total waste of half of my day. He spent maybe 15 minutes, appeared busy, switched some meds and told me to show up for blood work at a lab in one week. Then set another appointment for April. I truly felt like I was on a conveyor belt in a factory. The only reason for a three star review is because the receptionist was kind, understanding and helpful. Not the robotic personnel that kept my appointment. Otherwise I would have given no stars.

Lex W. (reception) and Lily (ultrasound) treated me like a very valued patient even though this was my first visit. They are both outstanding professionals. Lex was very welcoming, courteous, and answered my questions clearly. Lily was very calm and kind so she kept me relaxed. She worked quietly and efficiently and put me at ease throughout the test. The highest-quality care that these two staff members gave me made my appointment a very positive one. Thank you, Lex and Lily.

These people are absolute SLOBS! Twice I have been referred to them for testing by my primary doctor. The first time I waited over 2 weeks and never heard from them. Even after calling them several times, it still took me physically going to my doctor for a written referral and walking it in to TCAVI. This time I've waited over a month and heard nothing. Thanks, I'll go somewhere else. Corporate medicine at its best.

Unbelievable is an understatement and not in a good way. After a few visits and tests, each with a different Dr, results were found but no follow up or attempt to find the cause or resolve it. Add insult to injury, the bills just keep on coming. I pay them and get told there is no remaining balance and nothing pending since I haven't been there in months but I keep getting bills and no one has given the same response nor do they see the same amounts I have paid. I mailed in amounts I paid, method of payment and approximate dates and still no one can verify or justify the amounts. Never again will I go here. Nothing done to help the issue, over charge, billing is awful and no follow up or concern because one hand doesn't know what the other hand has done. Search for another facility if you want good care, follow up and hopefully a billing system that someone can make sense of.
