I am writing this review on behalf of a dear family member of mine who received a total knee replacement preformed by Dr. William Z. Stone. Upon the scheduling and preparation for her surgery, the staff and the doctor himself reflected nothing short of compassion and sympathy throughout every stage of this process. The facility itself was easily accessible and accommodating. It was a very modern and the cleanliness was very well-kept in the waiting room, pre-operation prep, and the post-surgery recovery section. I'd like to also bring attention to her nurses: Amanda, Jessica, Steve, and Leslie. My family member received the absolute BEST care. As a family member, we felt so much peace knowing that the nurses were always checking in and monitoring her closely. There were never any doubts made about the level of support she received. Knee replacement surgery is not an easy experience, but they all made the experience so much more worth it. Dr. Stone is extremely knowledgeable and it is clear that he takes much pride in the fact that his patients receive beyond exceptional care and recovery. Thank you SO MUCH for giving my family member the ultimate care she deserves, she will finally be pain-free and able to live her life without any interferences that she once had prior to her knee surgery. We will be forever thankful.

Aside from the front desk lady Maria being the most rude person here. She was very short with me and combative. Every nurse here is amazing!! The most attentive staff I have ever encountered. I am very pleased. Michael, Amber and Amanda thank you for everything! It was a wonderful experience for something that was very scary!

Had surgery here. The staff was caring, attentive, engaging, and truly cared about my comfort and care. It is run by experience professions. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I was apprehensive about the procedure and they really put me at ease. The facility is new and state-of-the-art. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.

I recently had surgery here and was completely blow away by the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of every single employee and physician I interacted with. I have had several orthopedic surgeries at the hospital and this experience was so much more personable. I cannot recommend them enough.
