This was my first surgery in 25 years and was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the doctors and the facility itself. I had an appointment for 6:15 in the morning. I got there at 6:00 and by 6:15 I was getting ready for surgery. The Pre-op was completed by 2 Nurses and a doctor. All them verified who I was and the type of surgery, etc (Yes I know can be annoying but it's that way for your safety). All of the preliminary stuff was completed, quickly, painlessly and with a smile. For someone who was scared to death, it was very much appreciated! The next 40 minutes I can't quite remember....lol. I woke to a smiling individual who asked how I was feeling and proceeded to begin the discharge process. Left the recovery room in minimal pain, my leg bandaged from my foot to my torso and wheeled out to my waiting family members. I left the facility at 8:05. Quick, painless, and efficient in a pleasurable environment. Also received a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok. I haven't dealt with too many surgical procedures but this was the best by far. Thank you Gladiolus Surgical Center & Dr, Laporta

I wish I could remember all the names of the staff that helped me. Front desk and financial were friendly, my nurses were exceptionally pleasant and very good at their job. Anesthesiologists were informative. Dr Hansen (my podiatrist) was not only informative but took time with me and explained everything very well, I did not feel rushed to ask a question. His bedside manner was one for all Doctors to take note of. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

The entire staff at Gladiolus Surgery Center went above and beyond to make me feel at ease before and after my procedure.They were all very professional, explained every step of what they were going to do, kept my husband abreast and most importantly were extremely caring and comforting. The first call I received the following morning was from Gladiolus Surgery Center to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything not to hesitate to contact them. I highly recommend this surgery center.
