Disgusting unprofessional used car salesman tactics and attitude! They demand entire balances ($8900. Estimate) before checking in the day before your appointment. Then they literally refuse treatment if you do not give them over a thousand dollars minimal to get a payment plan started. Literally the DAY before your surgery. Horrible grifters here. Go to an actual caring healthcare facility. Never use these money hungry weasels. Gross practices.

It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone in the billing department. Voicemail is usually full and it takes several phone calls to reach a live representative. I really loved the nurses but some improvements could be made in the billing office.

Had a minor procedure at this facility recently. My doctor was 5 stars, but the staff of this facility were very cold & uncaring. If my girlfriend hadn't convinced me to stay I would have left & asked my doctor to find another location to perform the procedure. I have never had any kind of surgical procedure before & was extremely nervous. The staff obviously doesn't care. They provided adequate medical care, but their bedside manner is deplorable

Amazing nursing staff. Had some pre op anesthesia problems and they was not going to do my surgery. One of the nurses, Justine, worked so hard and close with me to make it happen. On surgery day, she made it a point to come and talk to me and let me know she was happy it all worked out. She’s one in a million. Thank you to the staff for caring about your patients.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Informative about what they are doing prior to doing so. Clean environment. Highly recommend. Would be nice if they didn’t have the news on in the waiting room. Rather loud and not the calmest. No reading material in waiting room.
