My 92 year old father recently had complicated cataract surgery with Dr Clewner here and we were 100% happy with him as the surgeon and this surgical center. Make that 1000%! Amanda the nurse who assisted my dad before and afterwards is an angel - kind and patient and explained everything to our family to make us feel comfortable. We are very grateful to have had this wonderful care.

I recently had a procedure done at the surgical center.Dr Jaffe did a wonderful job on me on two separate procedures. As I watched the nurses go about their duties I thought to myself that this must be a great place to work as everyone was in a good mood and helping everyone as much as they could. I was fortunate enough to be helped by two wonderful young ladies. Vanessa before my procedure and Amanda afterwards. Both were professional, kind, and very considerate. They kept checking on my comfort and wellbeing, they made it feel personal. When I was ready to leave Amanda helped me get transportation through Uber as I was unable to see very well after my procedure. She kept checking outside on their arrival. When it was time to leave she took my arm and walked me to the car and helped me in with a very warm goodbye and well wishes. What excellent choices South County Surgical Center has made to represent them.

Both Vanessa & Amanda were the nicest most thoughtful nurses I have seen in sometime. EVERY doctors office should talk to these two and clone their social skills and overall way they treat patients. I watched how they treated all the patient's not just me.They are real jewels . It made my little procedure that much easier.
