Had a endo / colonoscopy recently. All of the staff were wonderful. Sandy. Brett. Doc Hirth and Tispis. Daphne. Lesli. Andrea. Star. So many more. Get there meet with doctors. Use their facility. !!!!

I had a procedure in October of 2022. They told me that they were confirming with my insurance it was covered, and it was. After I stopped going there because the standard of care was so poor and the office was so unprofessional, with staff arguing with each other and very long waits and poor attention and care. Now I receive a bill for a couple thousand dollars in March of 2025 because they have decided I owe them. But they don’t answer the phone to discuss billing. So what do we do? Avoid this business!

Writing this because I don't know what else to do. The people are nice but it's a mess every step of the way. First they made an appointment for me and gave me the wrong address, I ended up at a closed building. Then they apologized for the mistake and nicely told me they rescheduled it for me. I got to the new appointment in the right building... but was told I wasn't in the system and apologized. The day of the procedure they told me i missed the appointment and it was actually that morning. I played a voicemail for them where a woman confirmed the appointment time. They told me they rescheduled it????? Without notifying me. They said they rescheduled it in a Friday afternoon before closing for Monday morning at opening, so they didn't have time to notify me. So now they don't have time to do my procedure that my sibling drove down 3 hours to care for me for. They ended up squeezing me in and I had my procedure hours before I was medically prepared for, because I was going based off the original timeline they gave me. My sibling and I couldn't afford to take another day off to reschedule again due to their repeated negligence. After I got to the procedure I kept getting surprise bills. Overall I paid $2k altogether. It was very difficult not knowing when bills would pop up saying I owe a new hundreds of dollars and caused a lot of anxiety for me. I have since paid everything off but every few weeks I get a bill declaring I owe the exact amount of money I paid off long ago. I keep calling to see what's going on with the evidence of a reciept, but NO ONE picks up or calls me back. It's an endless nightmare. I never went to my follow up after the procedure because of how bad this experience was. I got another bill today. The same one I've been getting for half a year now. The one i paid off. I want this to end. Don't go to this place, they'll silently leave you in a never ending nightmare of beauracracy with no apparent way out. There are better places out there that truly have your interest at heart. Please answer my calls so I can be done with this.

My experience at the center yesterday was excellent. From being on time, to professionalism, to cleanliness, the center was great. Dr Hirth was professional and kind. Felt safe there. Kim and Leslie in pre op were excellent and made me comfortable as this was my first time there. My post procedure nurse (sorry have forgotten her name) also was excellent!
