We had such a wonderful experience at this surgery center for my dad’s cataract procedure. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, organized, and incredibly reassuring. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and seamless. The nurses were attentive, the doctors were thorough, and everything ran on time. I had cataract surgery on April 13, 2023, and had a great experience. I waited until my second surgery to write a review. My experience couldn't have been better. The staff was great, from the person who checks you in to the nurses who prep you and the nurses who assist the surgeon. They were both kind and very professional, and I couldn't stress that enough. My surgeon, Dr Levine, in my opinion, is the best you can use.

I had surgery scheduled in December. Facility was clean and staff was great EXCEPT they took a patient scheduled AFTER me before me. I had nothing to eat out drink after midnight and my appt was scheduled for noon. The other patient had similar surgery of the knee but he was a white male. The facility administrator claims they did it due to “efficiency”. I had worked in the medical field for 10+ years and NEVER did something like this due to efficiency. Administrator was VERY nasty! Incredibly unprofessional and unsympathetic. I didn’t have surgery and by the time I got home and ate it was 6pm. 18 hours of nothing to eat or drink!
