Kind staff. Excellent nurses and anesthesiologists. They were very professional and explained every step of the way. Would highly recommend. Maybe not on a Monday though. It was extremely busy and my surgery scheduled for 9 didn't happen until after 1030. The professionalism and care made the wait easier to endure.

Had a colonoscopy there in May 2022. All paperwork was done and it’s closed in my mind. January 2025, out of the blue, they send a bill for $265. I call and do the leave a callback number and, of course, they never call. I write a note on the bill asking questions about an almost 3 year old procedure. No response. February 2025 out pops the same bill. Same no call back dance. March, out pops another $265invoice. This time I did get a call back. They said they were out of network for my insurance so too bad for me. I have never received anything from my insurance saying they were contacted - even out of network they would have paid 80%. A whole lot of incompetence and flat out lying coming out of that place. Sounds like they fire out bills referring to old (almost 3 years old) procedures hoping x number of people will just pay them without questioning. Fraud, incompetence, or something else - they are all bad. Told them I’d pay them in 3 years. This place is owned by doctors that do all of their surgery there! Add blatant conflict of interest to fraud and incompetence and if your doctor says they will do your procedure at Atlantic Surgery Center …

I had a procedure performed here and I can't say enough good things about Dr. DeCarli and the staff at Atlantic Surgery Center. The nice check in lady at the front desk was very polite and efficient. I was taken in right on time, which is very rare now-a-days and much appreciated. The bedside manner and professionalism from Lexi and the other nurse's was very re-assuring. Dr. DeCarli went over the results with me personally post op. If you ever have to have something done at this facility, rest assured that it will be handled in the best possible manner. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. DeCarli. Five stars from me!

Worst experience ever. If you have a choice to choose which surgery center to go do not go here. They don't call you with time of surgery until you call them. They don't call you when you they are running behind. I waited almost two hours before my scheduled procedure before they take your vitals and put iN IV. Then after waiting there almost two hours they say we need to reschedule because your procedure is not as severe as the one after you so they won't have time to do your procedure. Nurses have no real empathy and the manager was not empathetic when he told me that I needed to go reschedule. Waste of a PTO for myself and my ride because we will never get this day back.
