Worst service ever. I’ve been trying to get a CT scan since September and has been 2 months of excuses that I needed this and that. To get my ct scan done. I sent all the paperwork! For a couple times. I even called last week to make sure they had all the referrals or whatever they need(Bc last 3 times they canceled due to no referrals in the system?!) they literally said I can see the referral now, so you are good to go. That’s what I thought. When I got there they said they don’t have any updated information in the system. So they will have to re schedule while they update the referral in the system. Are you serious???? Now I have to wait another 20 days. I’m glad this is not an emergency otherwise I wouldn’t be here by now

Had a meet and greet with Dr. Angela Fernandez Santiago. It was crazy. I spent about 15 minutes talking with her told her about my COPD and my anxiety never mentioned to me other than what I paid as a co-pay while I was there that my insurance was getting billed $1079 of which I was responsible for $60 for a meet and greet because she put down about my anxiety questions I am already under a doctors care for my anxiety. Did not need her to do that. They’re just out to make a lot of money stay away from this place and that Dr horrible experience.

Poor Administrative Handling and Lack of Accountability. I had an appointment today with orthopedic doctor Leonardo Oliveira at Cleveland Clinic Coral Springs, scheduled more than two months ago. I paid my copay in advance, and my primary care physician had already sent all the required referral codes and documentation by fax, as requested. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the clinic claimed they did not have the referral in their system and failed to provide clear guidance on how to resolve the issue. After waiting 25 minutes, Dr. Oliveira refused to see me even though the administrative failure was entirely the clinic’s fault. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a medical institution that presents itself as a leader in patient care. I left without being seen, despite having done everything correctly on my end.
