I haven't had my procedure yet, so I can't comment as to the doctors or in-person staff. However, an employee named "Sandy" called me prior, asking for my full SSN and tons of "demographic" questions that have nothing to do with my medical history or my upcoming procedure. This is shady. Surgery centers can profit from demographic questionnaires by selling or sharing de-identified data with marketers or researchers, using the information to secure grants or reimbursements tied to serving specific populations, conducting market research to attract more patients, and meeting compliance requirements tied to financial incentives. These practices allow them to monetize patient data beyond its immediate relevance to medical care.

Just had my first experience with HES and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dee & Renee were awesome and Karoline took great care of me. It's nice to know such a professional and friendly facility is so close to home.

Excellent experience all around. The staff are friendly and efficient. The nurses are professional, competent, kind and compassionate. Dr J. Jachimovicz did an excellent job with a shorter surgery time than I expected. I had cataract removal with lens implant in less than three hours from the time I signed in to the time I walked out the door. As I was writing this review I was interrupted by a phone call from the center to check how I was doing post-operatively, and wether I was satisfied with the care. I would highly recommend this surgical center without any reservation.

Absolutely fantastic surgical team. Dr Packey is great and very thorough. The nurse that hooked me up to the IV was so nice and sweet. She also made sure I was comfortable, gave me a warm blanket and was very personable. Sue was awesome too! I knew I was in good hands with the nurses and the doctor. Vito the anesthesiologist was funny.

I have had several outpatient procedures done here with 3 different specialists. I must say their cleanliness, their professionalism and their supportive and caring staff will always make them my outpatient surgery center of choice. Being in the medical field, I have recommended this facility with a clear conscience, from own satisfied experiences.
