This review is from Diane Viscione, I just had a procedure at Outpatient Center of Boynton and I can not say enough positive comments about my experience but will try! My appointment was at 6:15am and I was received by the front desk coordinators with a smile and efficient registration process. The nursing, anesthesiology team, Nina, Shawna, Klaudia were exemplary in the care given to me. No one looks forward to having a procedure but you can be comforted knowing you will receive special care with kindness, and professionalism!

This place I tell you is the most professional place ever with the best bedside manner along with Dr C Rene made my colonoscopy first ever go very smoothly without any embarrassment they were very professional and they understood what you were going through. They were very encouraging and supportive. There was no way for me to know what was going on they did it in a way where you knew what was going to go on but they made it the most comfortable and made me feel less anxious. I want to thank the staff there for there bedside manner. Thank you thank you thank you and God bless you all

Run from this place !!!!! The front Desk Ablo & staff are rude & all of your private medical information is heard throughout the whole room HIPA violations. . They say in there own hand out that you are allowed with your loved one in pre op but they don’t allow you . The music is blasting everywhere very stressful. The wait time for patients that need to take daily medication & eat is hours before even seeing a medical professional.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this facility. I am a healthy 28 year old patient who went in for an upper endoscopy for GERD. During the procedure I was told I had vomited and had potential aspiration. I woke up extremely horse, hardly able to talk and severely coughing. I received a breathing treatment and despite that still had a severe cough. I was unable to go more than 10 - 15 seconds without coughing. The nurses checked my lung sounds and said that my left lung sounds were decreased. Despite all of this they sent me home and told my ride that if the same cough I had continued and/or I developed a fever I needed to be taken to the ER due to the mentioned risk of aspiration. Within 2 hours my family had to bring me to the ER for the same and worsening symptoms. There I was diagnosed with Aspiration Pneumonia and had become Septic (all diagnosis’s were made within 4 hours of being released from the facility). The facility failed to call me the next business day to check on my condition as well. Several steps were missed or over-looked and led to a very poor experience. When I spoke to someone at the facility they tried to say they don’t call ambulances because they can be expensive or might have if I was older. I am a mom of two young kids and hope no one else needs to experience this for a routine procedure.

Got a call a few days before procedure with Start time and expected out of pocket cost as promised. Arrived and check in was quick. Had to wait a bit to be called for procedure but that is to be expected. All the nurses were great, super friendly and caring, got the IV in painlessly, provided warm blankets and beverage after procedure. Anesthesiologist confirmed my medical history. Recovered and checked out in record time and brought directly to my ride. Thankyou so much for caring for me!
