What a shame that everyone was all set to begin my surgery but a lack of/or miscommunication of information put a stop to the procedure and now I have to wait one more month. I’d been told by my dr that 3 days off Plavix was acceptable then to learn I should have stopped 2 weeks ago. Now I have to see my vascular dr for another ultrasound to find out if I need another angiogram! My hope was to get explant in the winter month so I can enjoy pool exercise in warmer season. . (They don’t heat the pools where I live.). I’m sorry the whole staff (including me) did all that prepping for nothing. Praying to get this done on a non celebratory St Patrick’s Day March 17.

Phenomenal! From the minute I walked in to wheeling me out the door, everyone was amazing. A very clean and organized facility. I was taken care of by Jessica and she was more than amazing. Everyone that worked on me came and introduced themselves and made me feel as comfortable as can be. If you are scheduled for surgery and are nervous, know you are in great hands.

I traveled a long way to have surgery at this facility and I must say they are top notch. Every encounter was pleasant and engaging from the moment I entered til the time I left. Jessie ,Ann and Giovanna are excellent nurses who clearly love what they do. My foot surgeon Dr. Burakovskiy and anesthesiologist Dr. Benjamin also made me feel well cared for and safe. My care team was fantastic and I will return next year for another surgery.

Super nice staff. Jessie was amazing as was Lisa. So well taken care of! Everyone was just so engaging, so good at what they did and made you feel welcome and safe. Only issue was nobody was at reception for the first 10 minutes when I arrived but quickly forgot that after engaging with everyone. Can’t say enough about my experience.

Had a great experience with my surgical experience this morning. Dr Gold and his team were exceptional. The nurses, Jess, Catherine, Kathy were all very nice. The anesthesiologist, Dr Jim Cerullo, also top notch. The facility was very clean and I was and they were very efficient in getting me in and prepped for my procedure.
