Dr. Ross and the entire staff that I encountered during my procedure at Baptist Health Surgery Center were wonderful, pleasant, and could not do enough for me. Each and every person that assisted me went out of their way to introduce themselves, interact with me and make me feel comfortable, and Dr. Ross was engaging, encouraging and very professional. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services that they provide.

I had my endoscopy done here today, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The facility was spotless and very well organized, which gave me great confidence in their services. The medical team was highly skilled and compassionate, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and smooth. Care was excellent and the staff was personable and professional. However, I was unable to complete preregistration on a continuing basis due to the inability to submit employment information. I called to provide info and was given a 2:30 PM procedure time — asked for earlier to avoid NPO for extended period if there was a cancellation. Received VM for 0630 and called back to confirm — was told 0715 instead — reconfirmed and prepared. At 0635 on day of procedure received a call asking where I was. Frustrating. Staff was understanding and gracious and the procedure was as pleasant an experience as possible, all things considered. But points off for software and scheduling issues which could have been for more problematic.

The procedure went well thanks to the good care and attention to details by Baptist Health staff. I would especially like to thank the nurses Odelia, Antea and Angela. Their kindness and care made me conformable and took away anxiety. Dr. Eisner is great - but I got to choose him. The nursing staff on the other hand is out of my control and a reflection on the Surgery Center. Well done. Please give them all a raise!

This is the first time my mother and I visited this center. I take care of my aging parents' medical appointments to help alleviate the pressure on my dad. For all the adult children who is in the same situation, you know how stressful and anxiety-producing attending doctor's appointments can be. This center was amazing in reducing the stress and anxiety, I was experiencing. The front desk staff at check in were professional, friendly, and had a positive energy. The nurses (Cathleen, Carole, and Andrea) were all amazing. They were very kind, gentle, positive, and understanding of my mother's care and needs. They cared for my mother as if she was their mother. They have no idea how this truly touched my heart. Dr. Burke, anesthesiologist, was also very understanding, caring, and compassionate. She explained everything and took time to really understand my mother's needs. I would recommend this center to my family and friends. They exemplify how patient care should be done. Amazing!
