My procedure was 12/2/25 Also 1/30/26. I have an Awesome Dr. my experience with treatment once there was great no nervousness the nursing staff and anesthesiologist great people. Thorough. Thanks Dr. S. Xing for all you do and have done for me.
My sister Lillian Warrick had an amazing experience with this medical center today. I have taken her multiple times for this procedure with not a good result after the procedure. This time she had to issues afterwards. Also everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this practice.
I went here on the 18th of December 2025 to have a lypoma cyst removed my overall experience was pleasant, efficient, and flawless. Dr. Belgrade has a great bedside manner. His team also made sure that I understood how to care for the wound after surgery. They also made sure my wife was comfortable while she waited. The obvious and most important thing is the procedure went flawlessly. Yes, I definitely recommend.
Overall the facility and staff were fantastic and efficient. Dr. John Reynolds is the best for carpal tunnel surgery. He did my right hand first and my left hand 2 weeks later. I went back to work in 2 days after each surgery. My recovery is going well. There is a noticeable difference in the anesthesiology staff. I had two different teams for anesthesia for 2 carpal tunnel surgeries. One on a Wed. the other on a Fri. My Wed. team was very professional. The Fri. anesthesiologist was awesome but the Fri. anesthesia nurses were a little callous to a patient about to go under. The facility operates with great patient support then I had an unpleasant experience in the OR when I let the nurse know she was hurting me. I’ve had 9 previous surgeries and never before felt that way at this point.
Go for a colonoscopy, this past Friday (after doing the prep), to be barked at by the front desk to pay the estimate for the procedure. When I heard around $1,800.00, my jaw hit the floor (especially BCBS said it should be $1,300.00 after it was all over). When asking to bill it to me so the amounts are correct, they stated I had a bill from the one in 2022. Never received a bill except from the surgeon who performed it and the anesthesia, I stated no bill ever came. Front desk went to get the billing manager. After several minutes I got called back to the check in desk to find out there was a “supposed bill” but never brought it to me to review which raised my frustrations more. Bring me the bill not a “it’s there and you would have to pay $900.00 is crazy. During none of the phone calls to me was it mentioned and it was many times stated to just bring your license and insurance card with you which I only had since someone in the family was taking me. I would not recommend anyone to this chop shop and I am extremely pissed about prepping for a colonoscopy to only have an argument and leave. DO NOT USE this pathetic place and advocate to a proper center with compassion, care and discussion.
