A plastic surgeon at DE Surgical Arts did the repair after having a basal cell carcinoma removed from my nose by Mohs surgery. It was a complicated repair. The staff answered all my questions, and gave good followup care. Everyone says the repair looks great. It's amazing they took cartilage from my ear and a graft from my cheek and basically replaced a nostril!

They bill you 1 year and 5 months after the fact, then won’t regularly send statements as to what you owe, refuse to send hand written statements, have no secure online pay, no email and refuse to answer the phone. If I could give the negative stats I would, there doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge here.
