I have never been treated so poorly. In my opinion, this is not a place that cares about patients. Neglected to send my preauthorization to insurance for a week, even though they sd it would take about 24 hours. When i called, they sent me to a voicemail that said if you call more than once, they will take even longer on ur case. Finally, 9 days later, they tell me it was denied. My insurance told me it would have been approved if the Dr would speak w the insurance. As, they were requesting peer to peer. But, their Dr doesnt speak w insurance companies. Zero empathy zero compassion. I was left to rot. I was not even offered an alternative medication. I'm still suffering, so is my family. My whole life is on hold bc of this terrible place! This is all in my opinion based on the treatment, or lack there of, i received from this place.

Great Pl., Doctor, took care of me really well actually they care about you. The other doctors sorry to say they sucked, especially the ones in Pennsylvania.

Clinically, Cedar Tree is OK. Business practice is NO STARS. I had a procedure done and between Medicare and my Medicare supplement they were paid IN FULL. They lost the payment and now want me to make them whlole. I will be NOT be responsible for their screw up.

I had a procedure done at Cedar Tree Surgical, which participates in Medicare and is therefore required by Federal law to submit claims. Despite this, they insisted that I pay cash before my procedure could be done. I was told that the facility has had claims for this procedure denied by Medicare so they won't bill it. I am aware that I can submit my own claim so I paid their fee and insisted that they provide me with an itemized bill containing specific information. After nine months and countless hours of my time, they are unable or unwilling to provide me with an itemized bill. The employee has told me that she doesn't have time for this, or that she has given me everything that I have asked for. Two phone calls to the physician CEO have not been returned. I have reported the situation to Medicare but have been told that no action will be taken unless they receive other complaints. Unfortunately, patients may not know how to proceed with a complaint/feel it won't matter.

Very caring and professional place. Dr. Abboud is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. We hope he does not retire early. The staff is well trained and helpful. Their reminding phone calls is a plus for our busy schedule. Cheryl is an excellent PA and very nice.
