I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy completed at Seasude. I had these procedures done in the past at facilities in PA so I have something to compare this experience to. My experience in the past was nothing like the very positive experience at Seaside Endoscopy Pavillion. The staff at Seaside was thorough, professional, helpful and pleasant. Every member of my team was certain to introduce themselves and explain what their role was and what they would be doing. The staff clearly works to put patients at ease and keep them informed. The entire process was very efficient and I felt very well prepared and cared for.

The personnel at Seaside Endoscopy were instrumental in helping me to relax in preparation for a colonoscopy. Dr Caruso gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. The colonoscopy went well and proved to be a very tolerable experience. Everyone was great and did their job well. The best part of the experience was that Dr Caruso informed me that, with my age, another colonoscopy should not be needed because he did not find anything of concern.

Hello I’m 35 and went in to get a colonoscopy and also the scope down my throat, which made it so I had to be put to sleep. I would also like to acknowledge the nursing staff even the front desk staff was awesome.I want to acknowledge the anesthesiologist. before going to sleep, I meant with the anesthesiologist and she was so kind and nice and right before I went to sleep she told me she would take very good care of me while I was sleeping. The nursing staff are also very nice and accommodating. They were worried about if I was comfortable how I was feeling everything went great. I woke up never even felt like anything happened. Everybody was kind and I wanna give everybody a shout out. I just wish I was better with names..

The team who helped me couldn’t have been more caring. And it was every step of the way from the time I walked in until I walked out. I’ve had the same procedure at two other centers out of state. This was by far the best experience and way more positive. And it was all because the team was so very nice. You could tell they enjoy what they do and helping folks. Special shout out to Tia and Valerie for taking such great care of me pre and post procedure. Thanks again! :)

This is one of the most thorough, compassionate medical experience I've ever had I arrived early and was quite ill. The wonderful woman at the front desk had someone check me immediately. Valerie and So were especially attentive and comforting. The Dr.s were quick, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them for anything you need.
