All the nurses were super nice- Sherry, Suzanne. I had an endoscopy done by Dr.Rohit and anesthesiologist Alexa. I had several people explain all the procedures clearly. I met my anesthesiologist and we had a chat as well. The recovery nurse Arianna was SO sweet and replied to all my strange mumbles post anesthesia, and she made sure I got to into my ride safely. It was also pretty quick and efficient.

Today was my 3rd colonoscopy at this facility and each time it’s been wonderful. Quick service, warm and helpful (and knowledgeable) staff, and the docs have always been thorough in explaining post-procedure items, etc. I have seen numerous negative reviews of this place, but 3 visits over 10 years and they’ve all been excellent. Thank you!! 😃🤙🏻

I can't speak to the Dr.s and their work behind the scene, but as for being the one waiting for my wife's procedure to end this place is unfriendly, and the worst I've been to. First, if you want to go the bathroom the front desk person directs you to leave the building, walk across parking lot, and go up a flight to use the bathroom. If you struggle walking, too bad. If you have incontinence struggles, too bad. Second, once your loved one goes in for their procedure you are told you cannot remain in the waiting room. You must leave the area and wait on the bench in the hall (which already had someone on it it) or wait in your car. If you have no car, too bad. Lastly, the support person at the front desk must deal with grief from the clients all the time as she was harsh in responding and meting out the rules. Talk to you Dr. and request a different facility for the procedure. There are much better alternatives and worth the longer drive.

This place does not have a public restroom. You don't get checked in promptly and so you sit in a waiting room for an hour or more instead of being in a hospital bed. The prep was awful. I've had 5 prior colonoscopies with no issues. This time, I got a raging headache, I had a huge stomach ache, heartburn, and I threw up. I've had to wait in the waiting room instead of being able to lie down in a bed. I live 45 minutes away, and their prep required me to get up and drink more solution at 2:30am, so this assured I got about 2 hours of sleep. I can't recommend them at all! I had to pay $130 for a taxi back. I will make sure to go back to the Chestnut Surgical Center where they are friendly, put you in a bed right away, and it's close to me. I've been waiting for 75 minutes and I haven't gotten into a bed yet.

Just had a procedure here on June 3 and couldn't have been more impressed. The check in staff were pleasant and welcoming and the process was easy. The pre-op nurse, Joy, was amazing and really set a great, welcoming and comforting (and fun) tone. The Anesthesiologist and Anesthesiologist Nurse were informative, very nice and also made me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Moy was great and made sure I knew what to expect going in and was there right after to let me know how everything went and what to expect next. Post op care was great and they called my ride well in advance. Great post procedure follow up from them as well. Top notch staff all around, excellent care and the best 20 minute nap I've ever had. 5 out of 5.
