I've had 2 colonoscopies in the past 10 years and both times everyone was very caring, warm, efficient, highly experienced in what they do. From check in to check out it was an excellent experience. Dr Kemler was my gastroenterologist and he was excellent but unfortunately he has recently retired so I need to find another top doc! All the best to him!

I had an excellent experience here getting a colonoscopy. Every step was well orchestrated and the steps to getting the actual procedure was extremely organized. From the amazing nurse I had to the anesthesiologist to the actual surgeon performing the operation everyone was kind and compassionate. I think because this place specializes in GI they are extremely good at what they do.

OMG! I'm extremely happy I chose this location for my third colonoscopy. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and the anesthesiologist very professional and extremely attentive with great spirits couldn't ask for a better group of individuals and team of concerned professionals for your well being. The worst part of the procedure is always the preparation but anything after that if you can overcome it, it's a piece of cake.... I recommend this location and the staff highly as they work together to make sure the rest of the procedure process goes smoothly. I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the following team of professional that worked in collaboration to make sure I was comfortable and understood the protocol of the process. Dr. Smiley Maddie Chris Natalia Joe Indeed wonderful group and friendly with a good up beat spirit God, is indeed in their hearts for you feel like you known them for ever. That's how you should feel when going to any health care process that the staff care for you and your wellness... God, bless them all and hope they pass this to everyone else that work in the field because a patient should leave the extablisment feeling welcome and valued... Thank you!

Had an endoscopy & colonoscopy done here and the staff were fantastic! My nurses Natalia, Joyce, and nurse anesthetist Greg were wonderful and made sure I felt safe and comfortable (I was very anxious). At least some waiting is expected since you aren't the only one being taken care of. I definitely recommend this facility. The biggest lesson I learned is to NOT let negative reviews tarnish my expectations.

My first procedure here went well, they got me in super quick and all the employees were very kind and helpful making sure your very comfortable my only complaints are the wait time once they have you undressed and hooked up to an i.v., for a person like me who is terribly afraid of doctors and needles waiting an hour all alone (since they will not allow family members to be there with you at all) cold and scared is pretty stressful before a procedure. The other thing is I totally understand if people don't want to be waiting so long then they have to get the previous patients out but it felt like they were rushing us out as quick as they possibly could, the doctor wakes you up and tells you how it went then leaves but your still out of it because of the meds so you don't remember even talking to them they they rush you out. Should be given more time to wake up fully THEN explain how the procedure went and let the patients leave when ready. Besides those two things the nurses were so caring and welcoming and seem very productive
