From my first call to ask with the administrator to ask questions that resulted in laughter to her nurse writing down her upcoming medicine schedule to the doctors making me feel beyond comfortable and confident that between the entire team she would be well taken care of, and she was!!

My family and I had a great experience at North Haven Surgery Center for our 2 year old’s adenoidectomy! The doctors and the pre and post op nurses were absolutely amazing and eased our nerves throughout the experience. They really make our kids feel comfortable prior to surgery with their warm and gentle demeanour, stickers, a stuffed animal, and prizes. What also helped was that we were able to schedule a tour of the center a week prior to walk us through the process come surgery day and know what to expect. The nurses are wonderful with the kids! We are very thankful!

My 2 year old went in today for ear tubes. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. Marissa, Marcy, and the post op nurse (I forgot her name) were amazing with our daughter every step of the way! They allowed my daughter to bring a comfort item from home which she kept the whole time and they even give kids a plush dog to keep! Dr. Karas answered all our questions and the whole team gave us what to expect post anesthesia which was so helpful! They encourage earring removal but are able to avoid it if needed and can tape them.

North Haven Surgical center was amazing. My son had his tongue tie release there and every step of the experience was as good as it could get. The staff was very friendly, caring, organized, and professional. From the clerical staff, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and the surgeon all came into the room pre-op one at a time and explained what they were going to do and answered all questions and concerns! The procedure was quick and efficient and they had us out the door in a timely manner without feeling like it was rushed or forced. All of the staff there is absolutely wonderful!
