The nurses that prep you for surgery have no compassion and caring. I have difficulty getting an IV, mentally and physically. I told them which vein to use which they ignored. The redhead jammed a needle into a spot that I knew wasn't going to work. 2 sticks later they jammed it into my hand which I specified I dtwant. The redhead made it clear she didn't like me. I was very uncomfortable and stressed going into surgery. The recovery nurses were okay. I wouldn't have another procedure at this place,it was very unprofessional and stressful right before surgery. If you can go somewhere else ,I highly recommend that you do. There are better places that treat you with respect and kindness.
