I escorted my fiance for his surgery earlier this month and I had an amazing experience. You know that anxiety you get when accompanying someone for surgery? Yes that. Dealing with their staff and team made you feel like there is only a door between us, they were kind, constantly alerting you of updates, checking in on you and the patient. There was full transparency the whole way! I would like to shout out Janet, Karen, Emily, Dr. Chen, Marissa and of course Dr. cranford and Dr. Yanagisawa. He is healing amazingly, feeling stronger and grateful for this experience. If everyone dealt with a group like this surgeries wouldn’t be scary any more. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I had surgery this week here. It was my first time under general anesthesia. I was a little nervous, but the staff was exceptional. From check in, to nurses, anesthesiologist (what I remember of him!) and the surgeon, they made it a smooth process. Highly recommend, especially Dr Boey!

A family member had a procedure at this center, beautiful facility. Dr. Alberti is a phenomenal doctor and very knowledgeable. Nurses were very pleasant and efficient. Front desk was very professional with the exception of one older lady who was very unwelcoming and rude to say the least when asked about payments. Otherwise great facility.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the techs to the nurses were exceptional. Even though my experience with the doctor that performed my surgery was awful that has nothing to do with the people who work there. They treated me like a human being.

My son recently had a tonsillectomy at the Guilford Surgery Center. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive from check-in to discharge. I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.
