I made 3 appointments here. All 3 were changed. I had an MRI July 25, 2024. I originally had a follow up appointment set for Aug 7. That was moved to August 20. I asked for a call from the Dr. to put my mind at ease. No call was received. On Aug 13, they rescheduled again to Aug 27. I begged for a call for any update. No call. My PCP tried calling. No response. I should not have to wait 33 days for any feedback from an MRI that potentially could be life altering. I don't even know if she has looked at it. I only have a radiologist impression as any feedback. There is truly a mental health aspect to this they are absolutely failing to consider, among other factors. I fired them today (August 22) and have a new referral. In my call to cancel my appointment, I asked for a call. I have little hope of getting that. I hope my next urologist is more responsive, and shows a minimum of compassion and actual care.

Today was my third or fourth visit with Vinnie. He’s great! Explains things in a way I can understand, is on time, listens to my concerns, and makes me feel comfortable talking about subjects that aren’t easy to talk about. I can’t imagine my experience being any better and no, I’m not paid by the company to say that. Highly recommend!

Jasmine was just wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful - greeting you when you arrive. Office is efficient and timely. The doctor was knowledgeable and addressed my issues. Tara was a very kind assistant to the doctor.

Very professional and organized. The front desk is very understanding and helpful. The nurse that treated me was the best I’ve encountered. Christina Lee was awesome, methodical and reassuring. She quickly assessed my issue. Her diagnosis was precise, so it all worked out to be just correct. This is an outstanding facility.

Outstanding service and compassionate care. Everyone I met was very friendly, professional and thorough. I was seen right on time and my doctor was very clear on my condition, options for treatment with the expected prognosis. He was very reassuring and took his time in answering my questions. I never felt rushed or in any way pressured to proceed in any particular manner. I could not have been happier with my visit or the care I received.
