Everything was efficient and smooth. My only regret was having no conversation with the doctor other than a few seconds before the procedure. I like to connect in a meaningful way with the person performing such procedures.

This is never a fun procedure. This office from the front desk, to the nurses Shay, to the Anesthesiologist - Holly , to the Dr Giang were so friendly - fun loving employees. Whoever formed this culture inside this office , you did an amazing job. Other medical offices should model after you. Both my wife and I can our procedures in the same week on different days- the office personnel attitudes and environment was the same - consistent.- friendly and fun loving. Well done.

Obviously, the procedures were not a pleasant emotional experience. The staff were informative, patient, and kind. What put them over the top was a workplace that seemed to be happy, and not afraid to show a respectful sense of humor.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very kind and understanding. They took the time to listen with every concern. The only thing was the information for prep was not given clearly. Email was send but might have went to spam. They send a text message to a link with all of the preps. Didn't know which one to do. It was not a big deal. Other than that. Everyone and staff was very nice!
