The surgery experience was fine but dealing with billing has been a nightmare. I had to prepay for my 2 surgeries. Of course costs before the actual surgery are apparently a guess. I made a prepayment then almost immediately a partial refund was posted to my credit card. Much later I received a bill for close to what the refund was. Many of the amounts listed on the bill did not correlate with any actual transactions and/or show as anything identifiablely run thru insurance. I've made multiple calls to billing as well as the surgery center trying to sort out their "numbers" and always get the company line that they will escalate my questions and get back to me. I never receive any call back or information to answer my questions just another bill exactly the same as previously stamped past due. I have no problem paying what I owe but would like my questions answered. When I finally decided they would never quit jacking me around I tried to pay my balance and be done with it thru the automated phone payment system and couldn't even do that as "my input information does not match their records". Apparent they couldn't even get my basic information correct? I definitely know my own date of birth. Tried to call to speak with a person as I am now uncomfortable doing anything automated and could never get thru. Have wasted a half day waiting on a call back. They need to totally revamp their billing and have representatives that can actually answer questions.

I was very nervous about having cataract surgery on both eyes. Being 78 years old and never before having surgery, it was scary. First one was with Claire and second one was with Juanita and it was incredible. I was assured all the way through and very relaxed. The end results were terrific and I can see forever. Thank you Banner employees for your great service and wonderful attitudes. You made my day twice!!!

I was very nervous about my procedure but everyone there was very attentive and treated me very well. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were gentle and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and felt good about everything. I highly recommend this place for all your procedures.

They changed the time of my surgery 4 different times and did not call to inform me. I found out through pre surgery lab testing about the time change the first time then called to verify if it was true and it was and question why I wasn't informed . .no one has any idea why I wasn't. So I decided to call to double check a couple more times before surgery and the time had yet changed again, NO ONE INFORMED ME . I CALLED DAY OF SURGERY THE TIME HAD CHANGED AGAIN, NO ONE I FORMED ME. I suggest whoever is supposed to be the one handling scheduling and making calls should be fired ! I would have missed my surgery if I had not called the day of.

I was helping a neighbor giving him a ride for his surgery, n The receptionist Naila Kling was very rude! Saying that I had to make decisions for him! I had an other appointment so was told I had to stay with him. I am just a neighbor broth my son 15 year old n asked if could stay till I got back, n was that she wasn't a daycare! Ugh!
