My daughter had a procedure done removing a skin tag from her face. The first nurse was absolutely amazing with her from making her laugh to making sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Pitcher and the anesthesiologist Dr. Allen were great with explaining all the steps and making my daughter feel comfortable and understand everything going on. When my daughter was in recovery both nurses were so sweet and caring! I was very impressed with everything start to finish. Thank you all for being so caring and good with my kiddo!

Michael the LPN is amazing, he gives off a great vibe, you can tell he cares and loves what he does. He answered any questions I had and was very informative. Grand valley surgical center is lucky to have such a caring individual like him! Five stars to this facility everyone was so kind and caring!

Dr Case is an amazing doctor. He has fixed multiple vein issues I had, that most doctors said was not fixable. The whole office staff is amazing. I love them.

Giving two stars instead of one because the nurse staff and counter staff are wonderful, however Dr. Zhou is extremely unprofessional. My grandmother had a surgery there and he not only was rude and didn’t go over any pre surgical questions n stuff, never came back after the surgery to explain aftercare, and he cut a different incision than what was previously discussed. He was supposed to cut under her ear and he cut above so now she can’t wear her glasses… oh and he didn’t put a bandage over her ear just a cotton ball. Idk but that’s freaking ridiculous to me.

Very friendly and professional staff! Michael and Kelli were great and very informative getting me ready for the surgery. Tami and Michelle were friendly, kind and informative in the OR and Hannah made sure I was pain free before I was sent home. I received a phone call the next morning to see how I was getting along. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
