I had an excellent experience at Golden Ridge Surgery in Golden, CO. I was dealing with significant pain and went in to see Dr. Horner for cortisone injections. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Horner took the time to explain everything clearly, and the injections have helped me tremendously. I’m finally able to move and function without the constant pain that was holding me back. The staff was kind, efficient, and made me feel well cared for. I’m truly grateful for the relief I’ve found here and highly recommend Dr. Horner and the team at Golden Ridge Surgery.

The billing department is awful. I love my doctor but wish he didn’t use this facility. Billing sent me weekly texts reminding me I had a balance. I set up and confirmed a payment plan, and verified the initial payment went through. I checked my balance at the end of my payment plan period and my account showed a zero balance. I moved on with my life only to find out 3 months later my bill was sent collections. The billing department’s explanation was that after the first payment my insurance made an adjustment to the bill which somehow cancelled my payment plan (they have zero explanation how this happened or why I had ZERO communication from them after this happened). The problem is their system and they refuse to take accountability. Sadly it is the patient/consumer who pays for their incompetence.

My experience was exactly what I hoped and better. I knew going what to expect because I worked at DH for ten years in the OR as a anesthesia tech. Had a local since I was having finger surgery. I arrived at about 1:30 pm and was home after driving myself by 3:30. Amazing! The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Rowland was so nice to his staff and that does not always happen. I was really impressed. Expensive, I don't know but I was treated like a patient at a hospital would be. Total hospital experience without all the trouble. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Such a wonderful experience. Dr. Doel was phenomenal. My nurse, Helen, was so kind and caring and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Cohen was my anesthesiologist and he took great care of me and explained each step of the process. Jimmy made me laugh in the operating room as they took me back. Marisa was so sweet and looked after me so well after I came out of surgery. Rachel and Tayna and Amy were so thorough in their pre-op instructions and called me the day after to make sure I was ok. The whole staff was just awesome. I was very nervous as I’d never had surgery before and I felt so taken care of. The facilities were easy to get to and were so clean. I would absolutely recommend Golden Ridge and Panorama.

The staff and surgeons are amazing! With my field I have been around surgeons for many years and have not been able to say much positive about them, mostly because of their egos. But I have to say that this group has been nothing but outstanding from their bedside manners, answering any question I have had and believe it or not - a great sense of humor!! The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only reason that I did not give them a 5 star is because of their billing dept. They called me the day before to request payment of this surgery. I have NEVER had to pay before a procedure and I worked medical insurance for over 13 years so I know how this works!! This makes it seem like they are only in it for the money. If I was still in this industry I would be pulling their contract to review if this was posted in the contract to get the money up front and if is wasn't, their contracting rep would be contacting them asap. Most people do not have this especially the day before and their idea of payment plans are sub par at best. I know for a fact that I have several claims going through now b/c of my medical issue and I for one do not want to have to request a refund if due b/c of them demanding payment up front. Back to the positive - their Dr's and nurses are seriously the best in all areas which made me confident in the procedure that was to be done and I feel that made all the difference in how the surgery went. Very impressed guys, keep it up!!
