I went in for a procedure and had an amazing experience. The 4 nurses that worked with me from check-in to discharge were incredible (my procedure was EOD, and the nurses and staff from 6am were heading out). Mandy got my IV in smooth as butter (and the IV is my most anxiety inducing part tbh). My anesthesiologist was also lovely and chatted with me human to human; which eased my nerves. The whole staff was lovely despite it being the end of the day. Great experience overall and I appreciate the whole team. Thanks team!

I had an incredible experience here for a recent surgery, from the receptionist who checked me in, to the nurses who took me back and got my IV line in, and the nurse that took me to the operating room and then was there after to help me wake up, get dressed, and get something to eat and drink. I felt truly cared for the entire time and could not have asked for a better experience during a scary time.

I had a great experience here. Amanda N was my check in nurse and she was extremely professional, kind, comforting and very nice. Dr. Brown was awesome as was Dr. Roberts. Tyler was also very professional and nice (even if he didn't laugh at my incredible joke :D) I totally forgot the names of the two OR nurses (so sorry) but they were great too. Bianca, the nurse that took care of me after my procedure was also very professional and kind. I felt seen, heard and taken care of. Thank you!

I used to love Harmony Surgery Center. They are becoming worse. They wont let a family member come back with you when you are really nervous. They only let my husband come back AFTER all the prep was done. I was also told I had to pay for my procedure up front (because I failed to make payments in the past when I thought everything was covered after my deductible was met...lesson learned). One of the billing agents advised me to apply for Medicaid to help pay for the other part that Medicare doesnt. I did...and it was approved. Now they wont take my medicaid because they will end up "eating the cost" was her exact words. So, in order to get my procedure done (since this is the only place my surgeon does these procedures) they said they would take our CASH payments instead of the medicaid they advised me to apply for...and says on their website that they accept Medicaid (Colorado only) since they will end up "eating the costs". I kid you not. Those were her exact words. This doesnt sound right and I will be consulting an attorney because it sounds like they are discriminating against me and not accepting my insurance that their website says they take and that I was advised to apply for. Dont get me wrong...i adore UCHealth staff. But the business and billing practice of HSC is very shady. Be careful.

Very patient unfriendly. Will not be back. Wish I could give them a zero. My husband had a procedure and they would not allow me to go into the pre-op area with him. Was told this was their “new policy”. They can move people in and out quickly if they don’t have to speak with any family and not allowed to ask any questions. Most patients are very anxious before surgery and having someone with them is comforting. Harmony Surgery Center doesn’t care. More interested in making money than in the health of their patients.
