I was absolutely speechless to see such a low rating! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! I have been a patient with them for almost a year and have had multiple procedures done by them! From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, you are in the most amazing hands. Staff is SOO friendly and always so very accommodating! Since I have been there multiple times and some of the staff knows me, I am always greeted with smiles and waves and even hugs sometimes! I am never cold waiting for a procedure since the staff always makes sure you are comfortable and brings you blankets or whatever you might need. They turn down the lights for you while waiting so you’re not being blinded by the hospital lights. They are very thorough at making sure all of your last minute questions are answered as well. And the BEST part? THEY ARE USUALLY EARLY! That’s right ladies and gentlemen, a surgery center that is usually early and never late for a procedure. Unheard of, I know. Once you are in the procedure room, they are so kind and patient. Anna has been my nurse multiple times while I get spinal procedures done and that woman is a God send. Never rushes me onto the table while my back is spasming, is so comforting, checks how my pain is doing multiple times, and always ends up holding my hand during the procedure to reassure me that I’m okay… (yes I’m a 31 year old woman who still needs her hand held sometimes lol). Dr. Frandrup never ceases to amaze me… has been amazing since day 1. He is very thorough during procedures but also has you in and out in the blink of an eye. Is in the procedure room within a minute after the staff helps you get situated for your procedure. Just an all around stand up guy. Aftercare is just as great as well! They don’t rush you out the door, make sure you’re actually doing okay, keep you comfortable… I usually take at least a 30-40 min nap before I’m ready to start trying to leave and they are completely okay with that! Once I’m ready to leave, they let my boyfriend go and bring the car up while they escort me down to him in a wheelchair! I ventured to one other place for a procedure once, when Synergy was not available during the very VERY small time frame that I had and let’s just say…. I was humbled very quickly when I realized how absolutely spoiled I am at Synergy haha. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else ever again. ❤️

Very clean, extremely friendly staff. All the negative reviews appear to be about parking. If youre not getting quality medical care over the price of parking? Maybe reevaluate your value on your health. That being said, hopefully theyve fixed the issue by now - and I just had the best medical experience with them. Im actually impressed with how good and seamless the entire experience was!

I was shocked to see the 1.5 review. My fiancé had a surgical procedure done at Synergy Surgical Center this very day and the entire experience was nothing but exceptional. From intake to discharge it was the singularly most professional and compassionate healthcare I have experienced. I am not an employee nor a paid promotional service. I dont write many reviews but felt compelled to let others know that this place is top notch. Im grateful to them for their professionalism and compassionate care which is rare in this country today.

Crazy y’all can just leave someone’s hand broken knowing they were referred by an emergency room with no insurance. To ask for half is crazy too. We said what we could afford and that wasn’t good enough. Set up the surgery and then call right before like oh we can’t take that amount we will just let you figure out the money and call us back. Healthcare in America sucks. And clearly by the other review y’all just money hungry.
