Originally I had left a great review. However, I had to contact the after hours team with a concern about my incision and they were very rude and unpleasant. It felt like I was a bother or an inconvenience to them. Not a good feeling at all

I had surgery here on Tuesday March 18th. I have not had surgery since I was a little girl so was very hesitant! It was a completely wonderful experience from start to finish! I would like to especially think nurse Laura and nurse Carol They were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and made the experience very very pleasant! My anesthesiologist (Dr Matt) as well as my ear surgeon ( Dr Feehs) were both excellent and took great care of me! I felt complete trust in their abilities and could not have been more impressed I would highly recommend the center ☺️

I was @ Rocky Mountain Surgery Center 12/23/24 for surgery performed by Dr. John Woodward. I have nothing but appreciation and frankly relief, for the care I received. The facility is efficient, and the surgical staff excellent. Thank you to Dr. Woodward, Dr. Roth (anesthesiologist), Allison (PA), Shannon and Mol (pre-op) and Marcy (post-op). I truly felt well cared for and my needs fully addressed during this medical intervention. I am so grateful! NC

To say the staff and facility are top-notch are understatements. Upon walking in, I was impressed with the ambience of the office. There are many options of where to sit and it is large. The front desk staff was very friendly. My experiences with Heather, Lori and Rachel the nurses we’re outstanding. They cared for my every need and I am a bit high maintenance. They did not make me feel like that one bit. They only made me feel cared for and like they wanted me to have a great experience. Dr. Ajay Vellore an amazing bedside manner and really cares about relieving my pain. He did an excellent job with my pain injection and I even got local anesthesia. All I felt was some pressure when he inserted the needle, slightly uncomfortable for sure but didn’t last long. I am leaving Colorado and if I have to find care again in the future for this situation, I hope to find more experiences like this! Top notch.
